"An open back, with my chest? That will never hold." It's what every D cup thinks, because we've all tried: a regular open-back top has nothing inside, so you choose between a bra that shows and a bust that isn't held.
This one is built the other way around. It starts as a real bra, with molded cups that wrap the bust and stitching that supports it from underneath. The tee is sewn around it, and the crossed back keeps everything close to your body. The back can be open because the support doesn't run through it: it sits in front, where you need it.
What it does, and what it doesn't. Pilates, yoga, weights, walking, a full day out: your bust is held and you stop thinking about it. We'd rather be straight with you: it's moderate support, not a running bra. For jumping or sprinting, it's not the right piece.
With a D cup, size is everything. A size too small flattens the bust, and that's when nothing holds anymore. Our tops run small: go by your bust measurement, and between two sizes, take the larger one. The quiz below gives you yours in 30 seconds.
